The passion started with a gift
It was nearly 20 years ago when I received an unexpected gift. A tin of Caramel Rooibos, a burnt red cast iron tea pot with back dragon cast iron cups sitting on a red and black lacquered tea tray. From that moment I was hooked on teas.
Health, however went much farther back into my childhood. I always craved knowledge on herbal health and wellness. Today, I sit in an office surrounded by herbal books and a proud Doctor of Oriental Medicine. The Oriental term in my degree reflects both acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy.
I hope this new adventure brings joy to other people. I also hope to use my DAOM studies and develop tea's that focus on wellness.
